Customer Service Representative

Hours: | Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm |
SUMMARY: Responsible for providing customer service to patients, visitors and employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Answer questions from patients, insurance companies and clerical staff.
- Identify and resolve patient billing complaints.
- Post payments to patient accounts.
- Follow and report status of delinquent accounts.
- Perform various collection actions including contacting patients by phone.
- Participate in educational activities and attend monthly staff meetings.
- Conducts self in accordance with North Sunflower Medical Center’s employee manual.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
