Since 1950, North Sunflower Medical Center, originally known as North Sunflower County Hospital has been serving the Mississippi Delta. We have made many changes throughout the years and are proud to continue to serve. North Sunflower Medical Foundation is the charitable, non-profit, 501(c)(3) fundraising arm for North Sunflower Medical Center. The Foundation operates for the benefit of the Medical Center and the residents of Sunflower County and surrounding areas by assisting with the enhancement of quality healthcare, to provide grants for educational purposes to ensure the availability of healthcare professionals, and to partner with local governmental agencies in matters related to healthcare.
North Sunflower Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art Surgery Center, inpatient and outpatient therapy, and a Sleep Center within The Beacon Wellness Center. Offering a wide variety of outpatient surgeries, inpatient and outpatient cardiac, physical, occupation and speech therapy following surgery, strokes, new diagnosis of diabetes, etc…
